Èññëåäîâàíèå êîíêðåòíûõ äîêóìåíòèðîâàííûõ ïðîåêòîâ äîïîëíÿëîñü ìàòåðèàëàìè ñîöèîëîãè÷åñêîãî õàðàêòåðà (àíàëèçîì èíòåðâüþ, ïðåññû è äð.).
Îïðåäåëåíû îáùèå ÷åðòû è ðàçëè÷èÿ ìåæäó Åâðîïåéñêèì ñîþçîì è Ðîññèåé â ñòàíäàðòàõ îöåíêè è ðåãóëèðîâàíèÿ âîçäåéñòâèé íà îêðóæàþùóþ ñðåäó, íàìå÷åíû ïóòè èõ ãàðìîíèçàöèè, îñîáåííî â àñïåêòàõ ó÷àñòèÿ îáùåñòâåííîñòè.
